Refund policy

OUR PROMISE

If you're not 100% in love with your Vanillos product at any time, email hey@vanillos.co with your order number โ€” we'll refund you, no return required. Available once per customer to keep the system fair for everyone.

STANDARD RETURNS
(within 30 days)

For non-quality issues โ€” wrong item, damaged on arrival, missing parts, or shipping delays beyond 30 days โ€” we'll cover return shipping and process a refund.

For customer preference returns within 30 days (changed your mind, decided it's not for you) โ€” you cover return shipping. Items must be in original packaging and not used.

HOW IT WORKS

Email hey@vanillos.co with your order number. We'll review and respond within 24 hours with next steps. Don't ship anything back without contacting us first โ€” we can't process unannounced returns.

REFUND TIMING

Once approved (or once we receive and inspect a return), refunds process to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days. Bank processing may add a few days.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

Need to swap your 4-pack for a 10-pack (or vice versa) within 30 days? Email us โ€” we'll ship the new pack as soon as your original is in transit back (only available for unused items), no waiting required.

CANCELLATIONS

Unshipped orders can be cancelled for a full refund. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.

DAMAGES

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll resolve immediately.
